As a founder of DC Metal Corporation, Late Mr. Rajesh Jain boasted several leadership qualities. However, what made him stand out was his affability for equality and growth. While the former helped him maintain strong relationshipwith employees, customers, vendors and colleagues, the latter offered him an avenue to tamenewer markets. His thirst for expansion allowed DC Metal Corporation to penetrate territories which were alien at that point in time.

Through his vision and immense experience he guided the company with impeccable leadership, achieving one milestone after another. Like a true entrepreneurhe too had his share of beliefs and rules. He emphasised on the merits of careful planning rather than seek “compromised” and “mundane” solutions later. It is this belief which brought DC Metal Corporation into limelight, known within the industry as a “Quality” manufacturer of electrical and electronic metal / pressed components.

On the education front, Late Mr. Rajesh Jain was a mechanical engineer, and a bright student, who envisioned a business based on some unique ethos.

Wearing the hat of Vice President is not an easy job and that too at a young age. However, Harsh Jain has not only justified this highly responsible position, but also surpassed all expectations.

His deep understanding of electrical and electronic components’ markets, coupled with Post Graduation in Family Business Management and an inquisitive mind have turned him into a driving force at DC Metal Corporation. His collective virtues have helped develop and apply newer ideas and processes; building result oriented marketing team within an organization.

Through transparent hiring process he’s introduced and engaged individuals who are highly motivated and passionate about their job, just like their leader. With an experience of just over 3 years, Harsh Jain has transformed and evolved the growth charts of the company through sheer hard work, strategic planning and timely induction of men, machines and money.

Conversant with popular CRM systems, modern family led business practices and the fire to expand, he has charted out major plans in tandem with his team and other members at the helm of operations. With his entry, DC Metal Corporation now boasts mechanisms which are a mixture of time tested processes with a sprinkle of 5th generation ideas. A combination which Harsh feels is sure to catapult his company to newer heights year on year. An out an out social individual, he likes to travel, indulge in nascent but exciting technologies and yet aspires to keep himself tethered to ground realities.

Sunil Jain, the company’s Vice President is always brimming with out of the box ideas. His Mechanical Degree and over 2 decades of shop floor experience has helped him understand the intricacies of manufacturing processes and efficient production lines. He’s put these virtues to good use, typically engaging with clients to map out their requirements and then align them with DC Metal Corporation’s modern production lines and ethos.

In many cases Sunil also offers intriguing tips and tweaks to the clients to enhance product value in terms of cost and usability by suggesting critical changes to the design. By highlighting production hiccups, dead mechanisms and obsolete maneuvers he makes sure that the organisation’s performance metrics and revenues are never compromised. His guidance and suggestions have helped folks along the production lines improve efficiency at various stages, thereby fine tuning the overall quality of components, and at same time making every production cycle extremely cost effective.

Sunil firmly believes that engineering is not just about designing and building. For him, it is an art, a science which needs to be applied in layers and along every production stage to improve the end product.
